By accessing or using the Pixlz.io website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. 3. Subscriptions and Payments
Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By placing an order, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Fees: Pixlz.io, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with Pixlz.io. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
- Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pixlz.io with your account email and transaction ID.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed by our payment provider (Paddle) and typically reach your bank account within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to any data, files, text, images, and other content that you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Pixlz.io a license to use, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pixlz.io and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Pixlz.io, a Pixlz.io employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Pixlz.io or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription through the dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pixlz.io, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
